Q. Can I customize the page my donor sees?

A. Absolutely, you can customize the donor page to match the look and feel of your campaign's web site. This also includes the disclaimer text on the Donation Page. Although the default text is for a federal race, you may change the wording if your campaign is not a federal race. You will be able to seamlessly integrate the Donor Pages into your existing website or you can choose from a variety of fonts and colors.

Q. How will I know when a contribution has been made to my campaign?

A. Once the contribution has been processed you will receive an automatic e-mail receipt with all the donor information and amount of the donation.

Q. How quickly will we get the donation in our campaign account?

A. That depends on your donors' credit card company and your campaign's bank. The PoliticsOnline processing part of this transaction takes only a few minutes but different credit card companies and banks have different processing rules and procedures and the time they require varies. We process your net donation deposits every Thursday, so you may see the funds appear in your bank account as soon as Friday or as late as Monday or Tuesday, depending on how your bank handles the electronic transfers.
